As part of the Global Workspace Solution team I performed various activities such as: organizing internal events, giving presentations on different subjects and composing an advisory on a Facility Management Information System.

Help and advice clients over the phone. I was trained in communicative skills, project DigiD and project V&D.

As part of the ICT department at Cannondale I solved soft- and hard-ware problems and coded (ASP language) a search engine for all the documents and files at the ICT department.

I was responsible for the help desk for all the employees at the 11 different branches. I had to solve different soft- and hard-ware problems.
