I am interested in machine learning for medical imaging. In machine learning, my works have revolved around probabilistic methods, Bayesian inference, Gaussian processs, latent variable models, deep generative models like VAE/GAN, deep networks for time series data and deep learning for inverse reconstructions. I also worked on combining powerful deep generative models with principled statistical inference. In medical imaging side, I am working on inverse problem of electrophysiological imaging (ECGi).More recently, I am working on the question of generalization and uncertainty of deep networks. This is particularly relevant for the problems in medical imaging due to different constraints on amount or nature of data.
