• Provide service and support to internal and external customer with regard to instrument maintenance, calibration, instrument troubleshooting and repair of PerkinElmer Gas chromatography and spectroscopy.• Hands practice Arnel Engineering Analyzer Gas chromatography such as, RGA, NGA, LPG, TOGA and Detailed Hydrocarbon analyzers• Extensively worked on Perkinelmer HPLC system on Series 200 and Flexar system• Install methodologies on the instrumentation at customers premises and guarantee customer follow up for technical/application problems• Make preliminary visits to laboratories to agree on positioning of the instrumentation• Install and test the instruments at customer site according to the time limits and methods defined• participate in training processes that are designed to develop a highly skilled workforce capable of delivering results consistent with corporate goals and objectives• Perform and document calibration & preventive maintenance needed to results in equipment that is in good working condition, in accordance with corporate policies and in compliance.
