During my initial years, I honed my customer interaction skills and, in response to client needs, transitioned to the Sales Department after two years.From 2017 to 2020, I climbed the career ladder, achieving the position of Senior Tele Sales Executive within the same organization. This period was marked by numerous challenges, allowing me to enhance my skills across various domains, ultimately earning recognition as the best performer in my team twice for consistently achieving quarterly targets—an accomplishment that stands as a highlight of my five-year tenure.In 2020, I embraced a new chapter in my career by joining Verity Global Solutions, a startup, as a Junior Process Associate from 2021 to 2022. Here, I acquired valuable skills in reviewing files, error identification, and client communication via email. Despite the project's time constraints, my tenure provided me with insights and experiences.Transitioning to Mphasis Pvt Ltd in 2022, I took on the role of Senior Customer Support Level 3 in an international semi-voice process until 2023. My journey has been marked by continuous learning, diverse challenges, and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer support."From October 2023 to June 2024, I took a career break due to personal reasons and returned to my hometown, Udupi.
