Responsible for heading operations of all Delivery Centers (DC) in a Cluster. Delivery Centers facilitate last mile services such as deliveries, sales & after sales initiatives.Performance would be measured on the basis of DCs- performance across key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, throughput, delivery revenue, employee engagement, productivity, reporting and costs.Leading end to end operations of all Delivery Centers in assigned cluster.Facilitating launch of new city operations and expanding operations in current cities.Driving improvement initiatives through solving complex problems around logistics & customer experience.Headcount and Infrastructure planning.Mentoring Delivery Center Head.Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance, Sourcing, Customer Service & SLP for smooth operations.Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centers.

1.Manage effectively the day to day operation of the warehouse and team through the operational team leaders and area managers.2. At a higher level, this includes receiving and organizing warehouse space, scheduling labor, managing inventory and fulfilling orders.3.Raise all the RVP/ RTO damage cases within 24 hrs. with videos and images by using Damage in transit form. Share the packaging video for the forward damage cases within 24 hrs.4.Manage, motivate, hire & train and continually develop the warehouse team.5.Responsible for the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure.6.Manage the returns to the Warehouse and ensure items are dealt with promptly and returned to stock/supplier.7.Maintain regular communication with last mile managers to update on any supply challenges.8.Follow up with stock controllers to ensure that stock movements and stock keeping standards are maintained in line with company guidelines9.Responsible for investigating stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, and reporting the information to relevant managers including the finance team.10.Drive stock takes at regular frequency and report on result.

Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.Verify all the incoming material according to PO.Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.Verify all the last day activity(In/Out) & rectify the error if any.Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.Train the subordinate/team on Company Sops .Strong coordination with team , user departments.Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock.

• Responsible for all stores activates, such as Inquiry, Requisition, Purchase, Receipts and Issues of Materials, Inspection, Quality & Quantity of Materials etc.• Follow up to Purchase Department for all type of raised purchase indent and chase to suppliers regarding material delivery status.• Six packages Raw materials (such as bitumen, cement, steel, aggregate and sand) are required to supply.• Documentation of the materials, Preparing the GRN and Sale Invoice/Debit/Credit etc in ERP far vision. • Co-ordination between other departments such as Accounts, Clients, etc.• Maintaining and adopting the Modern Computerized System of store functioning i.e.; ERP System, Reorder Level system analysis, Classifying & Codification and proper placing, handling and accounting etc to attain the objective of Inventory controlling.• Attended various training programs i.e. Internal Auditing, Personnel Development, Quality Control & Effective Supervision for the effectiveness and development of employees and working culture.
