Tejas Ducts is manufacturers of high quality and wide range of Air ducting systems.Responsibilities: - • Preparation of HVAC Duct routing design and sizing. • Establish sizing and selection of HVAC air terminals, (e.g. grilles, diffuser, registers and louvers). • Duct Design & Sizing Calculations using McQuay Software, Approval of Drawings. • Quotation, Work order, Sales Order. • Estimation & Costing, BOM development & Documentation. • Developing production plans & schedules, arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters. • Maintaining production volumes through constant interaction with sales team. • Developing and implementing plans & schedules for Maintenance Operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material. • Conducting inspections and rework / rejection analysis to enhance productivity. • Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries. • Carrying out Ducting Installations as per approved Drawings.• Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects. • Planning for materials, developing vendors to obtain timely procurement of materials to facilitate smooth production process. • New recruitments for the desired Position, Quality management, Vendor development, Factory overall administration.

(DX or CWC) • Blower selection based on Internal static pressure, External Static pressure & Air Flow Rate. • Humidifier Selection depending on RH & Heat Recovery Unit depending on Requirement. • Preparing Manufacturing Drawings, component Drawings of AHU & FCU • Estimation & Costing, BOM development & Documentation. • Preparing Quotation, Work order, Sales Order. • Perform other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work.• Selection of DX & CHW Coil in Unilab Solutions• Coordinating with assigned Team Leader, Supervisor for completing projects and work orders efficiently.
