I began my journey at Polaris as a Parts Assistant, but I quickly found myself drawn to exploring the Service, Sales, and Parts departments. This opportunity allowed me to gain hands-on experience far beyond what I could have learned from books and theories, especially in understanding the intricacies of bike engines and working closely with technicians.Over time, I also had the chance to work as a technician, which deepened my passion for the technical side of the business. However, it was customer service that truly captured my interest. I’ve developed a strong sense of professionalism and have gained valuable insights into the needs and preferences of UAE customers. My experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the industry.
