• Handling team in AP Payment of U.K schedule Payment runs (all currencies in form of Bacs/Chaps/Faster/Intercompany)• Managing Query Logging Support portal to reply back on payment queries. • Preparing Payment Forecast report and maintaining daily payment reports.• Discussion with Treasury team for hedging accounts.• Analysis of credit ledger including identification and resolution of issue related to wrong or duplicate invoice. • Answer on calls and respond to emails on discrepancies.• Releasing payments through different banking platform HSBC/Barclays/Net WestDeutsche/RBS Bank.• Refund allocation and reconciliation vendor ledger.• Ensure accurate inputs and prompt payment and filing of paperwork. • Debit Balance recovery from Vendor to settle accounts.• Processing Advance /Part/Full Payment on special approval. • Ensure all monthly closing activities are completed on time.

• Reviewing of all invoices for appropriate documentation & approval prior to payment.• Logging of invoices into an application FITs.• Handling of queries internal departments and external vendors.• Preparation of daily and weekly MIS reports

• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices• Response mails and Vendor Calls with respective invoices and coordination Client calls• Preparing MIS reports and payment file on weekly basis • Preparing weekly dashboard with one-on-one discussion

• US Restaurant accounting, Review Day to day processing• Review of reconciliation and verification of daily deposits into Bank (DDV)• Maintain Monthly MIS (Timesheet, Allocation sheet, Internal & External error logs)• Sorting Queries with US Accountant and Client through Emails, Messenger or Calls.

• Reconcile and updating account records daily.• Prepare routine accounting reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.• Process various legal docs. Work such as Transfer, Transmission for deceased clients.• Routine checks on new opening of saving and current account.
