As a Enterprise Technical Director for Global E-Commerce, I orchestrate and implement innovative Global Fulfillment cloud based platform, managing complete lifecycle of fulfillment and delivery of customer orders andgenerate picks to improve associate efficiency. I also evaluate and introduce various commercial products and Open Source like API management, ODM Rules Engine, Cue Me, Ignite Caching, and Druid. In addition, I integrate multi-tenant, distributed architecture deploying Business Transaction Monitoring System, proactively alerting management of missed SLAs. I built a BI platform to provide business and operational KPIs across multiple business domains on cloud.A major project I completed including applying Enterprise Integration Patterns using COBRA, supporting seamless migration of legacy OMS and fulfillment systems to new platform. I also chaired multiple CoC for SOA, API, Mobile, Technology and Open source governance.Notable Contributions Include:- Designed event sourcing framework to utilize real-time inventory price, POS, replenishment, IOTstreaming and visibility solution, effectively improving online shopper experience.- Invented patent-approved generic solution for Context Based Routing Architecture (COBRA) and Content Translation.
