As a Enterprise Technical Director for Global E-Commerce, I orchestrate and implement innovative Global Fulfillment cloud based platform, managing complete lifecycle of fulfillment and delivery of customer orders andgenerate picks to improve associate efficiency. During my tenure with the People System for Wal-Mart Stores, I designed and implemented comprehensive Associate Portal with complex targeted content and applications providing unified characteristics across all integrated applications, effectively improving user experience. I also devised and built Online Enrollment system, successfully managing associate healthcare plan across large-scale platforms. In addition, I constructed common applications, including associate searches, to bring in consistency and increase speed to market.
