I possess 3.5 years of working experience in International Organization for Migration (IOM) as an IOM National staff from 1 September 2019, to till now. I had been voluntarily working with different organizations for 5 years. In addition to that, I used to organize other school programs e.g., debating competition, report card distributing ceremony, annual picnic & sports, etc. & university programs e.g., group presentation, training, symposium, cultural activities, etc. I am an efficient, organized and approachable humanitarian aid worker and having a comprehensive understanding of attending meetings, preparing agenda, meeting minutes writing, maintaining landowners, documentation, community engagement, supervision, protection, distribution, weekly report, Meeting with Majhi’s and land owners, radio listening programs, weekly plan, solar point access, FGD, service monitoring checklist, CFW identification, implementation, monitoring and follow-up, coordination, monitoring, documentation as well. I am hard working, accountable, quick learner, team player, innovative and dependable professional with significant broad knowledge on contemporary institutional reforms in NGO & INGO sectors and humanitarian interventions of Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals and host communities.
