It includes leading global role-out plans and programmes, and driving decision making processes for senior management to define clear roles and responsibilities and align focus. - Strategy tracking and creating transparency on progress by defining outcomes, setting measurable performance indicators, and identifying key enablers for achieving strategic goals.- Driving organisational readiness for upcoming European legislation on sustainability. I am engaging Bestseller’s individual brands and corporate functions in new requirements to form joint positions and align these with industry peers.- Integrating key sustainability matters in indirect sourcing by engaging suppliers and setting requirements for their sustainability performance.- Developing a new global performance framework on key impact areas with industry peers, and succesfully leading the roll-out across brands and corporate functions.

I was practice leader for COWI Economics & Management’s Energy and Building services on the Danish and Nordic Market. This includes facilitating market meetings, developing new services, and conducting sales activities with the Market Director.I was disciplinary lead for COWI Economics & Management’s services on green growth and Circular Economy. This includes sales, project design, project management, and it included close collaboration with COWI specialists, external experts and customers on how to develop and specify resource efficient business opportunities.I was also disciplinary lead in facilitation innovation processes as well as risk workshops for senior specialist, and strategy days for market and project directors. And I was mentoring new consultants in sales and project proposals.

I was conducting management projects, including benchmark and data analyses of welfare services to drive optimization processes in Danish municipalities. I was also conduction governance model analyses, including implementation projects.
