I am a passionate & enthusiastic simulation professional, currently employed as a Training Manager- Simulation at the Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare in Gulf Medical University.I am a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator of SSH with over 13 years of experience in the Health care sector of which 3 years in Simulation based education. I am holding a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and certification from City and Guilds-UK in Training.I am a pioneer in setting up the clinical skills committee, oversees day to day activities of Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare at GMU and responsible for coordinating simulation education activities for courses in undergraduate and postgraduate programs as well as assessments including OSCEs at Gulf Medical University. Our center uses high, medium, and low fidelity simulators, a variety of task trainers, virtual reality, and standard patients for SBL activities.Being a task force member of International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society, I am responsible for the First Aid modules of Humanitarian diploma programme and community outreach activities of the students in association with IFRC.The Life Support Trainer certification from AHA has given me the privilege to train more than 5000 candidates on different Life Support Course certification as BLS, ACLS, PALS provider for Healthcare professionals and First Aid courses for teachers, construction sector staff, cabin crews, pilots, and hotel staff.Specialties:- Managing, conducting, and hosting training, collaboration, high-level relationships, empathy, problem solving, flexibility, and multi-tasking.
