Sandhya is a dedicated social impact professional with a wide range of experience in people and community development. Her extensive time working and volunteering in the impact space has enabled her to foster a deep understanding of issues on the ground and expertise in systems thinking, non-profit strategy, program development and implementation, partnerships, and fund management. As a Program Director at Ishk Tolaram Foundation, she worked with vulnerable communities in Singapore and Indonesia to provide quality education, healthcare and skills training for close to a decade. Sandhya is a co-founder of the Inclusive Fund, an initiative dedicated to lower-income transnational families in Singapore, and currently sits on the board of South Central Community Family Service Centre. In her current work as a mental health counsellor, Sandhya is an advocate for greater access to quality mental health services. She is passionate about better support for neurodiversity and creating more inclusive spaces and systems for people to thrive.
