Sandhya provides dynamic facilitation from her home base in Bayfield, CO on the unceded traditional lands of the Nuuchiu (Ute), Diné, Jicarilla Apache and Pueblos peoples. With a BS in Environmental Science from Colorado College, Sandhya has lived in Colorado since 2005 and Durango/Bayfield since 2010, serving as an Executive Director for over five years. Sandhya is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, is trained in Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation and Strategic Planning methods, including Mastering ToP; is a nonprofit consultant with the SW Colorado Small Business Development Center; a graduate of Leadership La Plata ’22 and graduate of the Community Resource Center’s Nonprofit Leadership & Management program.
