Sandhya Atkinson is the Founder / Lead Facilitator of Sagebrush Ltd., facilitating inclusive organizational transformation through shared vision, systems change and the participatory development of interconnected and resilient teams and communities. Sandhya provides dynamic facilitation from her home base in Bayfield, CO on the unceded traditional lands of the Nuuchiu (Ute), Diné, Jicarilla Apache and Pueblos peoples. With a BS in Environmental Science from Colorado College, Sandhya has lived in Colorado since 2005 and Durango/Bayfield since 2010, serving as an Executive Director for over five years. Sandhya is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, is trained in Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation and Strategic Planning methods, including Mastering ToP; is a nonprofit consultant with the SW Colorado Small Business Development Center; a graduate of Leadership La Plata ’22 and graduate of the Community Resource Center’s Nonprofit Leadership & Management program.
