Sourcing profile from job portals, internal database, references and head hunting.Screening and short listing resumes depending upon the client’s requirements.Conducting preliminary level interview for the short listed candidates.Scheduling interview with the clients Post-Recruitment: Post interview follow-ups with the client’s.Coordinating with client for interviews of short-listed candidates, facilitating salary negotiation, following up, counselling thoroughly to ensure placements.• Managing end-to-end recruitment process across various designated business functions, by working closely with Business development Managers and Hiring Managers• Sourcing quality profiles through Headhunting, Employee Referrals, Job portals , Social Networking and etc• Screening the resume based on the requirements• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client• Conducting HR discussions with the technical shortlisted candidates • Rolling out Provisional offer proposal to the selected candidates and handing over the final offer once the necessary approvals are in place.• Following up with the offered candidates till they onboard and guiding them through other pre on boarding formalities.• Responsible for collecting required documents for background verification and to accomplish the reference check before candidate comes onboard• Support the hiring team through initial talent screening and assessment, qualified candidates recommendation and pipe lining, and candidate relationship management
