• Work closely with Hiring managers on requirement gathering, develop strategy for demand fulfillment. Extraction of suitable candidates depending on the requirement from various channels of sources like Job portals.
• Organize and planning of Recruitment Drives/ Referral drives/ Walk-ins and active participation to meet hiring numbers.
• Once the candidate clears his/her technical and managerial interview, close off with HR interview and if selected, the offer approval process is being initiated and offer is released.
• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, and other related information.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till their joining and do the joining formalities. (On Boarding)
• Managing the complete recruitment process from Jobvite approval till onboarding.

• Organize and planning of Recruitment Drives/ Referral drives/ Walk-ins/campus (on campus-off campus) and active participation to meet hiring numbers with the hiring managers
• Vendor management, - Coordinating with vendors and getting suitable candidates for the open positions
• Coordinating with the Delivery Team /Client Partner on the open/proposed requisitions and submitting the employees accordingly with their concern.
• Working closely with Client Partners/Service Line partners in new requirements, potential next assignment, projecting staffing needs and resolving conflicts.

• Uk Sourcing - Sourcing, Screening and scheduling the interviews. Offer negotiation
• Perform sourcing, screening the resumes as per the requirement, scheduling interviews and Follow-ups
• Maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates for interviews and selection and Delivering high quality professional and executive-level candidates
• Allocation of resources to specific requirements and completing the online process for filling the technical comments and HR comments online and routing to release the offer.
• Scheduling the interview to the technical panel through telepresence/ Conference/a telephonic
• Maintaining day to day reports for the team and sharing with the lead and project team on weekly and daily basis
