Also enhanced the order entry system for smoother business processes.Project : Enhance the transaction management platform and order management processSummary : To enhance the experience for front office and middle office by automating manual procedures and reducing errors, hence making the system more efficient .Sites: Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, Singapore, Hong Kong, TaiwanRequirement gathering through workshops conducted with business users, front office, RMsand stakeholders and project sponsors.Engaging with the users on a weekly basis to understanding the business objectives and scope to create the requirement work plan Working with UX designers to design the UI screen prototypes in line with Business needs.Presenting and iterating these prototypes with users to validate the best design.Identifying trouble areas and proposing solutions to overcome them.Documentation of the detailed functional specification document with business logic and screen mock ups.Review the test plan, test strategy and test scenarios for the Integration Testing phase with testers.Perform and assist users in performing the User Acceptance Testing , followed by getting the sign off from users.
