Reporting to the BD Manager -India, responsible for bid preparation, contract administration, and account management support for clients like ONGC, OIL, Cairn, Essar, Gail, GSPC, Antelopes, and RIL.Providing a full spectrum of pre-and post-sale support for the following Product Service Lines: Cementing, Sperry Drilling, Baroid, Landmark, Consulting, Production Solutions, Production Enhancement, Drill Bits Services, and Testing & Subsea. Taking ownership of every project phaseup to handover to the execution team. Expertise in analyzing and reviewing ITT/scope across product lines, collaborating and managing cross-functional teams for creating strategic proposals, commercialmodels, presentations, and managing the workflow for bids and requests (Expression of Interest/ Request for Proposal/ Request for Quotation/Vendor Pre-Qualification) of all sizes and complexities, have ample understanding of contractual and legal terms and conditions as well as the risks associated with the project. Attending project reviews, compiling both technical and commercial queries, attending Pre-bid and post-bid meetings of all major integrated oil & gas tenders, communicating risk mitigation, Negotiating T&Cs with customers, and Connecting with Global leaders to understand competitiveness, developing solutions to meet customers' requirements. and effective negotiation skills to resolve contractual challenges.

Analyzing and reviewing ITT/scope, preparing tender data, study notes &control sheets, coordinating with clients for any tender clarifications, Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for quotations and do the comparisons to sources for the best price, Helping in performing cost estimation, preparing & compile technical & commercial proposal, coordinate with internal departments to collect all the required documents for bid preparation, prepare bid presentations for management review, responsible for submission of Techno-commercial proposal, follow up and prepare monthly statements, records & documentation.
