• Manpower Planning• Recruitment & Selection of the right fit.• Issuing Offer, Appointment, Performance Review, Confirmation, Relieving, Employer’s Certificate, Experience & Full & Final Settlement letters.• Joining procedure of the new employees.• Induction & Orientation procedure of the new joiners.• Performance Management and Coordinating Performance Review process• Managing Employee strength of 100 and consistently updating & managing the entire employee & recruitment database of the company.• Employee Welfare & Arranging events for Employees.• Handling Employee Grievances.• Relieving process & Exit Formalities.• Understanding resource needs, initiating search process and collection.• Creating database of candidates and maintaining the MIS of the existing database.• Maintaining MIS of the references given by the Employees.• Involved in in-house search through internal database, references and networking.• Conducting all the rounds of interview and finalizing the candidates.• Closed various positions e.g., Branch Manager, HR Executive, Office Assistants,Faculties & Receptionist etc.• Finalizing recruitment consultants on panel right from negotiation to signing agreement and then coordinating with them for relevant positions on a daily basis. • I also do have knowledge of Statutory Compliance.

Responsibilities:  Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database and/or through head hunting. Scrutinize the profile according to the prerequisite and sending the same to the client. Lining up interviews for the short listed candidates by coordinating with companies HR. Maintaining data of the candidates and companies profile for the future references. Scheduling and Co-ordinating for the Interviews  Co-ordination with the other Team Members of the company to get better results.
