* The pre sanction activities involved preparation of Critical Management Analysis (CMA), Bank Loan Proposals, presentations, continuous follow-up with the banking personnel for the sanction and meeting other requirements.* Post sanction activities involved completing the documentation and other necessary formalities for taking the disbursal of the loan. * Preparing the necessary presentation on the Company progress and performance for the bankers. * One to one interaction with bank officials for the providing necessary information and statements as per bank requirement to ensure smooth functioning of the loan /Bank accounts.* Also responsible for providing information to statutory auditor, RBI auditors pertaining to the Loans and Bank accounts.* Preparation of Annual Accounts and co-ordination with auditors.

Coordinating with Banks for Fund raising Mutual Funds

* Fund Mobilization of Rs.200 cr. from Banks, to cover up the liability every year. The pre sanction activities involved preparation of Critical Management Analysis (CMA), Bank Loan Proposals, presentations, continuous follow-up with the banking personnel for the sanction and meeting other requirements.* Post sanction activities involved completing the documentation and other necessary formalities for taking the disbursal of the loan. * Involved in organizing periodical consortium meetings of the Bankers. * Preparing the necessary presentation on the Company progress and performance for the bankers. * Preparing and circulating the minutes of the meetings among the member banks.* One to one interaction with bank officials for the providing necessary information and statements as per bank requirement to ensure smooth functioning of the loan /Bank accounts.* Also responsible for providing information to statutory auditor, RBI auditors pertaining to the Loans and Bank accounts.* Routine tasks included back office treasury operations like daily Monitoring of Bank Balances and Disbursement of Funds, preparation of Daily Cash Flows.* Achievement includes siphoning off term loans of Rs80 cr. by way of securitization of hire-purchase portfolios. * Responsible for management of fixed deposit department with a base fund of 42 cr. along with a team of four people. * Reconciliation and repayment of fixed deposits.* Responsible for the regularity of the funding of interest payment and reconciliation of the same.* Coordination with the financial institutions for MIS of reconciliation.

* Maintenance of sales and purchase MIS.* Generation of comprehensive MIS report including the P&L account.* Responsible for writing soft formats and updating the same.

* Responsible for overall MIS of the organization.* Responsible for sales co-ordination and inventory MIS.

* Platform-Tally.* Generation of Ledgers, MIS, P & L, B/S.* Computation of Income Tax and Filing of Income Tax returns for Individual, Partnership.* Conducting Statutory Audit of Company Accounts and preparing the final accounts along with the Audit Report and filing of statutory returns.* Conducting Tax Audit and preparing the tax audit statement for final submission.* Preparation of project report for Bank Loan of Partnership, Individuals.
