Business Analyst
> Collaborate with the product manager to define, develop, and refine requirements of a complex software product. Manage these requirements in the product roadmap and backlogs.> Define, clarify, and prioritize user stories, working with the product manager and development teams.Understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules, and product goals.> Work with development teams to produce technically focused user stories and engineering tasks, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.> Understand and advocate for best practices in high-level system designs.Understanding of Agile best practices – Scrum team, Sprint cycles, Stand-ups, grooming of stories, > Definition of Done & Definition of ready Checklist.> Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders. Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and meet the set goals.
