Ltd (Cochin) and many more.• Handle a team of Sales and Operations.• Receiving the Package requirement from the travel agent. (F.I.T, Groups – leisure, series, and MICE)• Follow up with the operations team to get the details on time and ensure that all the details should be sent to the agent before the deadline.• Negotiation with the agent and taking calls in terms of pricing as required to close the file.• Follow up with an agent for confirmation.• Sending service itinerary within the deadline and invoices with the help of the accounts team after receiving the confirmation.• Coordinating with the accounts team for payments.• Maintaining files/record as follows,- Agent details- Cost Sheet- Invoices• Escorted groups and handle all the operational work of the group query above then 150 Pax.• Holding a U.S.A visa.
