- Conducted a Training Needs Assessment for the Project Managers and Customer Service Executives, which was done in three stages namely Needs Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, and giving Recommendations for identifying their training needs- Measured the effectiveness of training program offered to composers and proof readers, for which a training feedback form was designed and a new method of evaluating the training effectiveness based on the Kirkpatrick’s model was suggested - The entire project was implemented during my stay with leadership approval and it fetched an A+ in my course due to the effectiveness and impact of my project
