Currentbanking project.Project Management Profile: Invoicing and Resource Manager Wipro• Demand Creation.• Evaluating Profiles• Scheduling interviews• If selected: Wipro One – Reserving resource and working on resource allocation• Initiating BGV• Beeline Starters updation• Onboarding Request at IT@LBG• Clarity portal updation• Work from home approval initiation• P2P / Movers• Updation of WPD report• Invoicing• RURD tracker update• SPOC for ACS in daily calls• Skillset Resiliency • Offboarding/Leaver request updateProject Management- Client• Project Planning and Execution• Ensure project is running smoothly and track till implementation and Activation by interacting with different teams.• Defect Management• People Management• Co-ordinating with client on the progress on timely basisHRSS - Background Verification - Compliance• Leading central Background Verification for process for Onsite Location • Case initiation – To Ensure account specific checks (BGV) is intiated before joining / account movement • Client Interaction - Interacting with clients for additional requirements and RCA of SLA deviated cases • SLA Adherence - To ensure all the cases closed within SLA is achieved • MSA review on BGV clause, defining and mapping in internal tools.• Performing Quality Checks and QAS and BGV Vendor Audits. • Handled Offboarding Process - Lateral, Contract and Onsite hires• Taking care of entire separation process (Offboarding), Responsible for a Team of 18• Coordination with stakeholders for the No Due clearance • Conducting the Exit Interviews and uploading the feedback in SAP • Conducting joining formalities for the new hires by giving brief introduction about the company and the necessary documentation• Generation of Employee ID in Synergy, Taleo and SAP.• Introducing new hires to the team and to the various departments
