Supervise the proper customs clearance procedure according to locallegalization.• Coordinate with governmental authorities the related communication flow.• Perform/ implement all custom clearance activities; up-coming shipments,documents & transactions.• Ensure all inbound shipments cleared within the specific given period.

Responsible in correspondent with SDV foreign counterpart through e-mail• Contact Client Company by phone to negotiate terms of agreement andconclude for the same Regular follow-up of freight shipments and clientrequirements and to ensure prompt service• Notified customers of the arrival of cargo and arranged for clearance anddelivery• Monitored shipment and made troubleshoot orders and instructions in caseof emergencies• Continually assess customer needs & requirements and provide input to theforecasting cycle.• Maintaining relationships with existing customers through Telecoms.
