(Description, salary, TAT, expectations, etc).• Screening & short-listing profiles as per the requirements andco-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic screenings.• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position and arranging for personal interview on short listing.• Conducting and coordinating walk-ins for junior and middle level positions.• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • Involved in salary negotiations, rolling out the offer and following up with the candidate till DOJ.• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

• Understanding the Client Requirement in detail for creating job postings.• Handling complete recruitment Lifecycle for Junior and Middle for permanent position.• Sourcing profiles from various job portals - Monster, Naukri, Times Job and LinkedIn.• Job posting in portals & Mass mailing when required.• Initial screening of profiles before Technical round with clients.• Scheduling the selected profiles for Technical Discussion with the client as per the client’s Interest, either Telephonic or In-person.• Following up with the offered candidate till they joins the company.• Ensuring fast response time to client’s needs and requests & maintaining a strong network for Permanent assignments.• Continuous improvement by learning and obtaining knowledge on various technologies.
