• Managing end to end processes in treasury operations (Deposits and WPS).
• Maintaining Daily, Weekly and monthly deposit MIS.
• Monitor and inflow and outflow of deposit funds, ensure no delay in payout of funds to deposit customers in timely manner.
• Highlight deposit inflow and outflow to management team to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Authorized signatory on fund transfer for loan disbursals & payout to deposit customers.
• Identifying the processes for automation, coordination with re-engineering team for process automation and providing them with all required data for the same.

• Handling process related escalations within business area.
• Processing requests assigned on a daily basis within the given TAT.
• Contacting RM to ensure completion of all requests (incomplete) on top priority and provide the customer with best and fast experience.
• Responsible for allocating work to the team and making sure work is completed within the given TAT.
• Training new hires.
• Monitoring work assigned to the new hires and giving them feedback on their errors for better processing.

• Resolving customer queries.
• Adhering to the process policy and procedure and ensuring to give the best deal to the customers.
