Leadership:⮲ Uphold quality across all processes and programs by delivering a world class early childhood education at the Pre-School and Child Care programs.⮲ Responsible for building and leading teams of teachers and staff who work together with parents to deliver world class early childhood education. ⮲ Motivate team and create a collaborative work environment⮲ Lead effective communication with parents as well as other stakeholders and communicate the vision of the school to all team members.⮲ Lead and manage teaching and non-teaching staff, assist in hiring and conduct trainings.⮲ Provided opportunities for two way communication between school and community, as well as between school and head officeQuality Assurance and Operations:⮲ Uphold quality across all processes and programs at the Pre-school and Child Care programsby creating a culture of warmth, teamwork and professionalism.⮲ Create and oversee a high quality school façade, environment and facilities by supervising the maintenance of all facilities and equipment. Identify and plan for future facilities as required.⮲ Develop procedures for transportation, building safety and emergencies.⮲ Focus on safety, health and hygiene by educating the staff about the protocols. Conductedannual first-aid training and bi-annual fire drills.⮲ Oversee smooth function of Child care program with the help of the Child Care Manager⮲ Monitor regulatory licensing, certifications etc. and plan for bi- annual audit⮲ Hear and resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them with higher authorities when required.

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Possess strong ability to screen, interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

 Have fulfilled Strategy & Change Global Delivery team’s hiring needs by taking ownership of end to end activities (sourcing till delivery) without any external assistance from vendors or BTO support from Q1 to Q4. Enable Strategy and Change’s growth solely, through achieving hiring targets on time and suggesting alternate solutions, looking at the competition and market availability of candidates for S&C by creating virtual talent pool.
