Led the gaming business for APAC, an X billion dollar business for the company and one of the top 5 verticals for Meta.

The Council, comprising of people, public and private sector representatives, is tasked with driving Digital Readiness Efforts for Singapore. Over two years, this Steering Committee will oversee the implementation and monitor the progress of national digital readiness efforts. The goal is also to drive digital inclusion in Singapore.

Joined Facebook as the Industry lead for South East Asia (SEA) managing a geographically distributed team and leading relationships with key clients. Became the first ever Country Director for Singapore and later, additionally Vietnam, one of the fastest growing economies globally. Author/Founder of the FB-BAIN SYNC reports on ecommerce and emerging digital trends in South East Asia. Launched our first VC incubator program in South East Asia.

Managed the P&L/product for SCB's Retail Banking and Payments Business in Singapore. This was a 40 billion dollar balance sheet business with an annual revenue of half a billion dollars. This included credit cards, digital payments and wallets(DASH with Singtel), deposits/current accounts, SMB, unsecured loans and mortgages. Responsibilities included managing the entire P&L, setting strategy, key innovations/product launches, partnerships/biz dev, product/process compliance, portfolio management and digital acquisitions. I also worked very closely with regulators and policy makers on committees leading initiatives such as Paynow, establishing a positive credit bureau and framing new unsecured regulations for the country.
