Be the focal point of contact for the client for resolving any issues relating to their contract with the company. Communicate to the client on a timely basis regarding any shortfall in the contract, devise strategies to ensure the contract commitment is met to avoid any penalty. Performing additional responsibilities but not limited to of Page Monitoring, Up-selling and ViolationReporting, contact creation for invoicing, maintaining a database for sales leads, following up on the pending payments. Following up for advertisement material and liaising with other departments for smooth flow of processing artwork and printing subject for publishing of the advertisement. Build strategic relationships with companies / clients and partner with key industry players like Advertising Agencies / Media Buying houses. Handling the team in the absence of the controller by performing additional duties to ensure the successful release of the pages within the deadline including performing the team controller roles & responsibilities. Sending Quotations, receiving price confirmations & ensuring payment before advertisement is cleared for publishing. Up-selling & cross-selling to increase revenue for the company, thus achieving Sales Targets / Revenue Targets set by the Company. Persuading clients of competitors to advertise in our products, sourcing new clients from Yellow pages/Google, thus creating a robust client base. Selling new features/products to clients.
