•IS team Capacity Planning and Demand Management (collect business potential needs, qualify, prioritize, budget and submit to general management validation).•Regional coordination/management of Hydro IS projects (with or without IT SSC involvement)•Accountability on IS&T costs budgeting and controlling (with the support of Finance department). • Responsible as a Project Manager for activities right from the project inception till maintenance phase which involve Requirement Analysis, Preparation of Project Proposal/Statement of Work, Training, System Requirement Specification and Software Design Documents, Software Development, Localization, Testing, Manual preparation, Implementation and Maintenance while adhering to the various quality standards. • Work activities involve preparation of Project Management Plan including preparation of auxiliary plans like Resource Requisition Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Project Document Plan, Training Plan, Risk Management Plan etc.• Work activity also involves project-tracking w.r.t. Cost, Time and Resources. Schedules vis a vis Deliverables tracking.• Managerial and Technical support to the team members for the development of project.
