Recruited to return to work on the struggling brand with the charge of reinvigorating the product and returning volume to its highest level in 2005. Worked with merchandisers and designers to deliver exceptional products at the required price point.Built the Limited Stores design team from the ground up. Hired and trained team of 26, including technical designers.Played key role in the development of the brand viewpoint (classic American sportswear at great price point). Led design of core items such as sweater and t-shirt programs.Took the knit and sweater categories to top-performing status within 3 months.
