CurrentConsult with a portfolio of Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express branded hotels to develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and market share. Train and support hotels utilizing IHG systems in accordance with Global Brand Service guidelines. Drive adoption and utilization of IHG tools and systems. Ramp-up new hotels to achieve revenue growth and improved reporting. Mentor and train new Portfolio Revenue Managers and others new to Extended Stay.• Subject Matter Expert team for launch of Concerto, IHG's integrated guest reservation and revenue management system• Business Development Force team, partnered with Franchise Performance Support leaders to sell Revenue Management for Hire services to franchise hotel partners• Published bi-weekly Revenue Management newsletter for distribution to Foundational-Level hotels• Presented annual Property Diagnostic Plan meetings for Company-Managed hotels; ad-hoc meetings with owners and asset managers• Weekly and monthly forecast of room revenue for Company-Managed hotels; prepared annual room revenue budgets; completed monthly analysis of variances to budget and forecast
