I manage a pre-vocational, employment and education programs for individuals with mental illness. I develop relationships with business and community stakeholders, resulting in improved programs and services. I am responsible for achieving program outcomes to meet funding benchmarks. I organize workforce readiness activities including career fairs, resume critiques, mock interviews, and career branding and other career-related workshops for high school students, college students, returning citizens, and individuals from low-income neighborhoods.
