Basic system administration for a nation-wide wholesale distribution company. Our systems include an IBM RS6000 (AIX 5.2) legacy system, along with SuSE Linux 9 & 10 and Windows Server 2000 - 2008 servers. I currently control system access across all platforms, including our legacy system, VPN, Active Directory and Exchange Server 2003. I have developed a company-wide computer hardware and software inventory system and developed documentation on departmental processes and procedures. Management of technical support group. This included management of daily tasks, customer service, writing annual reviews and assisting the technicians with goal setting. This group provides software, hardware and network support and troubleshooting to approximately 250 users in 14 branches across the United States, plus web catalog support for Clark customers.

Administration and maintenance of a multi-state wide-area Novell network at seven locations in four states. Responsible for email administration and the backup and restoration of data. Have assisted in the setup of six Novell networks and took classes to become a Certified Netware Administrator (CNA). Documented network layout and developed two user manuals.

Designed, customized, and maintained the user interface for our marketing database used for tracking customers (CRM), proposals and projects (Unitrac Software). I developed user manuals for training and reports using Crystal Reports.

Scheduled and coordinated display advertising, yellow page advertising, and trade shows. Managed and maintained mail lists and direct mail programs; kept inventory of printed materials and sales promotional items; proofed graphics and print media prior to being finalized; and assisted in customer and community events.
