I am a dynamic, visionary, former sales leader with over 30 years of Financial Services experience. Throughout my career I had become highly regarded for creative problem solving, effectively communicating a diverse point of view, and for establishing formidable internal networks and client partnerships. My communication style is both technical and relaxed; I can speak to anyone, anywhere, and at any level of an organization. My most recent career focus was on leading, coaching and developing the talents of a team of sales professionals who advocate for a variety of customer types. They serve as partners as opposed to vendors; learning about the inner-workings and motivations of their clients to bring them solutions that make sense for continued success.  I have been known to innovate where gaps exist as well. This is demonstrated by my patent in the field of Digital Prescreening. I am a big-picture thinker who has no difficulty digging into the details of a situation.  On a personal level, I consider myself to be a creative type, with a penchant for humor and art.  As an avid collector of Mid-Century Modern furnishings, I find pleasure in “Kitsch”.
