30+ years experience of project/product management, most recently by leading the development of content for consulting solutions through the planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages of the project, to drive innovation and meet customer needs. Responsible for gathering, refining, establishing, and standardizing consulting methods and tools for each service. Accountable for driving the successful launch of new consulting standards by integrating early-stage design, internal capacity, and market positioning by applying effective project management principles and financial/policy analysis.I provide advice, expertise and support on program design/redesign, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and project plans, and design program plans outlining methods/approaches and systems to capture results and critical success factors. I monitor portfolio performance against revenue and reach targets and makes strategic recommendations to support performance expectations in line with the strategic plans.Created the National and Regional conference programs for 7+ years, managing over 1000 different presenters from across the world, that contributed to the expansion of reach, and additional revenue realization each year, while containing costs. Provided ongoing training, orientation, coaching and support as required to internal team members, and 100+ industry stakeholders across Ontario. Supervised staff performance, provided career development coaching and training opportunities, and identify issues/areas of concern, to develop, recommend, and implement improvement plans.Managed and trained over 100 industry volunteers across the province, and another 50+ representatives from occupational health and safety system pillars, MLITSD, WSIB, IHSA, PSHSA, IWH (Institute for Work and Health), CREOD and CRE-MSD. In addition to this full time role, I was also selected to work with Minerva for 3 years to assist them in developing their staff capacity and education tools, allowing them to focus on their long-term strategy of working closely with educational institutions and skilled trades’ employees.
