Responsible for managing the creation, coordination, and evaluation of programs. Assists in establishing long-term strategies for current and new programs in conjunction with the mission and vision of the company. Updates and implements marketing plan for Peaks to People. Develops key messages for partners, potential donors, potential investors, and the general public. Develops promotional materials. Keeps website up to date. Posts regular social media posts, blogs and newsletters. Represents Peaks to People at events, meetings and conferences, including giving presentations. Writes meeting reports. Assists in the design, proposal and execution of new giving programs that are aligned with company goals and have demonstrable outcomes.

Vice Chair of Communication a. Serves as Secretary for the organization. b. Presides in place of the Chair if necessary, performing all duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence. c. Keeps accurate minutes of the proceedings of the Board. d. Ensures that all notices are duly given in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws. e. Is custodian of the records and of the seal of GRFR and shall attest the affixing of the seal of GRFR when authorized by the Board. f. Assures that GRFR’s web presence and collateral materials are current. g. Assures that the processes within the Communications Team work well. h. Assures that coordinators within the Communication Team understand what procedures have worked in the past. i. Assures that the coordinators within the Communication Team have the tools to complete their tasks j. Communicates to the Board Chair any changes or issues.k. Gives a monthly report to the Board Chair and Vice Chairs l. Serves on the Executive Committee m. Mentors all Coordinators on the Communications Team and convenes them as necessary. n. Helps recruit, train and retain Coordinators and other volunteers for the Communications Team.o. Performs all duties incident to the office of Secretary as is normal and proper for all non---profits, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board from time to time.

1) Recruit schools along the Colorado Front Range for TSCA's free newsletter program. 2) Design, format and layout of 13 K-12 newsletters each month in a format that will encourage readership.3) Determine potential business and community sponsors to support newsletter production in the form of advertising. 4) Sell newsletter advertising and maintain positive relationships with sponsors to encourage continued support of the program. The goals of our program are threefold; to reduce the workload of already overburdened K-12 administrators and staff, improve communications between schools and their communities, generate much needed funding for Colorado K-12 schools by building partnerships with local business.
