I have an overall 7 years of work experience, 2 years in an administrative position which helped me to acquire computer literacy skills, customer service based skills and good communication skills. 5 years in lecturing in a Tvet College. Skills I was able to acquire during the 5 years employed in this industry (higher education and training), good presentation skills, research skills, presentation, Planning (strategic ) and service delivery skills since am employed in a government institution which focuses on service delivery (passing of students to the next relevant level).My biggest achievement is taking the initiative of opening a bookshop to distribute the relevant textbooks to students without textbooks. The bookshop was solely started by me and managed by me. I also created a system to monitor the issuing and receiving of textbooks once we have have reached the climax of our semesters.
