Reporting administratively to the Group Manager (HSE), (then reporting functionally in the project hierarchy to either Project Management)• This role oversees the HSE upgrade activity on specific contracts and interfaces between the client, various Sub-contractors & Contractors, Client & Operations, exchange of , data.•Compliance of project procedures and Management of project based HSE Team reporting within the company framework and including Co-ordination of the Lead HSE discipline roles• Co-ordination of the permit related HSE requirements, Process Safety, Fire Systems • Attending meetings/ significant participant in the range of HSE compliance towards audit requirements• Responsible for implementation of project HSE plan, procedures on daily work activity.• Establishment/implementation of project HSE training program• Compilation of HSE Performance Reports / Presentations• Dealing with Client HSE requirements as per UAE laws/regulations, preferably some site based HSE management roles,*Verifies the effectiveness of the companies Integrated Management System across project region.*Ensures company compliance with region specific laws and international standards on HSE.*Leading and forming an incident investigation team as required.*Ensures that incident investigations are tracked, closed-out by relevant parties, and recommendation communicated.*Lead and participate in risk assessments.*Conduct and facilitate offshore audits, inspections and site visits.*Prepare reports on HSE performance, analyze HSE statistics and recommend areas of improvement.*Monitor HSE performance and implement continual improvement programs. *Ensure that the organization is able to react to an emergency situation by ensuring emergency response plans are in place and tested.*Liaise with the operations department on HSE issues.*Assist the project teams for new contracts; ensuring contractual HSE obligations are fulfilled.*Manage, develop and supervise HSE personnel.

• Worked as Head of HSE and maintaining all corporate standards, training for all projects ino Eastern sector of India. Maintains a working knowledge of Company specific HSE standards,o Programs and goals by learning and applying HSE procedures as established by the Companyo On a project site or in an office through departmental training.• Ensures project site adheres to company and regulatory HSE standards and guidelinesConducts onsite risk assessment and mitigation.o Creates, administers and monitors HSE programs involving all levels of employees on the project or in the office through presentations, printed materials, and activities. Responsible for the continuous effective implementation of Safety Policies and Procedures.ROLE:Delivery of company HSE commitments and effective implementation of the Company HSE Management System. Render guidance and assistance to project personnel and coordinate logistical support they require towards achieving the HSE expectations pertaining to objectives and targets. Interacting with the client and meeting client HSE expectations.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Developing and updating HSE Management and Activity plans; performing duties required by the plansPRIORITIES:• Ensuring that to create a safe working environment for our employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors• Ensuring that we achieve HSE targets and strive for continuous improvement• Ensuring that team members act to protect and maintain our reputation with the local business community and with the Government and people of the country.• Generating goodwill of HSE culture with customers and authorities.

•Planning and implementation and supervision for project as per Project procedures.•Ensures compliance with Gasco/Dolphin Energy on occupational health and Safety regulations.Preparation of reports, Implementation of precautionary measures for working with heavy equipments within and around fenced areas with limited access and gates.•Regular dealings with GASCO/DUSUP, attending meetings, furnishing compliance reports, follow-ups for ATW and PTW trainings, complete record keeping as per Existing standards and procedures.•Implementation of Safety Policy for manpower,materials and machines, active participation in decision making through highlighting of safety measures for achieving company goals before managerial stuffs, creation of awareness among employees regarding importance of Personal as well as disciplinary safety measures with relation to improvement and production.•Formation of Safety committee, organization of monthly meetings with all departmental heads, preparation and presentation of facts and figures for internal and external bodies.•Formation of Onsite and off site emergency plan, Conducting risk assessment and continuous updating of them.•Auditor for internal audits HSE and auditee for second party and third party audits.•Accidents/near miss reporting and investigation as per client/Local laws requirement and follow up.

- Leading teams on multiple project locations, - Mentoring and managing, - Driving learning and development, - Controlling site HSE activities related to project work on day today basis,- Interface between site activities and line managers , - Client facing,- Act as a multiskilled project personnel to lead and manage a team(i) Advise and support the management and other site personnel in meeting HSE Policies, Standards Practices and Guidelines.(ii) Participate in, and conduct periodic reviews of Risk Assessments to ensure that all HSE hazards are identified and adequately addressed. (iii) Monitor maintenance standards, integrity and compliance to all project specific safety critical standards as part of regular inspection and audit.(iv)Conduct HSE inspections to verify that ongoing work sites are safe and compliant in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.(vi)Assisting the Engineering and Operations personnel dealing with Clients in all issues concerned with HSE at work.(viii) Attend and prepare for conducting safety audits both internal and external and on subcontractors.(ix)Take part in accident / incident investigation.(x) Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.((xiv)Attend Clients on safety related issues at site and fact finding.

•Making suitable arrangements for structural safety measures in plant structure and piping jobs,construction and erection of vessels,reactors,sheds,columns,exchangers,etc.Produce budgets and plans required for the Technical HSE Department according to the administrative schedule; •Monitor the effectiveness of the HSE and management processes; produce weekly and monthly progress reports to management; produce presentations in annual HSE report for internal andexternal distribution. Issue of crucial hot work and Vessel Entry permits. Planning for modification jobs, maintenance safety aspects follow up with other departments, arrangement of third party inspection and certification of tools and tackles. •Coordinate training to company field personnel in safety issues and crisis management, and the HSE Management system according to the training schedule. Identify training suppliers, prepare and/or approve training materials, assess trainer performance for effectiveness, review and report feedback from participants.•Understanding project risk assessments and communication of control measures.•Working as interface with other personnel in a supportive and co-operative manner.•Understand the hazards associated with flammables and explosive atmospheres and the controls in place to minimise the risks.•Understand the hazards of electricity, process fluids, pressurized plant, lifting and clear access and egress and taking suitable measures.•Promote HSE culture and the necessity to regard HSE as a concurrent discipline, promote behavioural safety, and promote the STAR principle Stop Think Act Review.
