Integrating FranConnect's Royalty Manager system with an actual payment gateway solution to make it a much stronger financial system in the domain of franchising. Continuous collaboration with our payments partner solution, FlyWire, to make this work.2. Opportunity to take on more leadership roles.3. Reviewing release of publicly exposed API endpoints.

- Work at the heart of Royalty Manager--a FranConnect product that provides an end-to-end royalty management solution for Franchisors AND analytics through interactive dashboards.- Design workflow solutions, collaborate with designers to create UI mockups, liaison with Product Managers to validate solutions, organize product backlog, plan development items across sprints with the Engineering team, follow Scrum framework, demonstrate product features, etc.- Responsible for updating Franconnect's API documentation

- Worked on documenting API endpoints for one of FranConnect's new product module (Operations)- Got the opportunity to engage with clients to talk about API requirements- Learned about Open API specification, Redoc and Rest APIs
