1) Resolution of OEM concern with taking appropriate action.2) To reduce warranty cost by taking appropriate action.3) Daily basis monitoring for OEM concern. 4) Responsible for In Process & final inspection for all assembly lines in LIPL.5) Root cause analysis & corrective action implementation for failures & non-conformance observed on assembly line as well as at customer end.6) Follow up & monitoring of corrective action plans against failures & non-conformances through timely & effective communication to concerns7) Preparation of Quality plans & check sheets for new product.8) Develop, co-ordinate, review & update Quality standard.9) Publishing of weekly & monthly non-conformance audit reports with action plan for repetitive defects.
