Current• Manage overall activities for pre-school through 8th grade o 2015 – Present: At a campus with 600+ students and 65 faculty members o 2014 – 2015: At a campus with 200+ students and 35 faculty members• Uphold curriculum standards and school wide policies• Create a positive campus environment• Empower teachers through successful training sessions• Oversee classroom observations and evaluations for teachers• Plan and develop after-school enrichment programs• Sustain and ensure growth through positive client relationships• Mediate issues between parents, teachers and students through active listening, coaching and goal setting• Plan and lead marketing events including open houses, parenting forums and information sessions• Counsel and guide middle school students to develop a competitive profile• Develop successful partnerships with high schools for placement of 8th grade graduating students• Collaborated with city and local residents to foster a positive neighborhood relationship
