At HCPPM, My duty is to lead all the bridge construction projects and following are the primary responsibilities:• Responsible for overall project management for a portfolio of projects• Ensure that project is delivered within established parameters of quality, cost, and schedule by implementing defined work processes / SOPs.• Manage communications with the Client• Carry out contractors’ bill certification• Carry out periodic site visits to take stock• Regular review of site documentation• Project review at regular intervals• Invoice Preparation and Follow up• Reviewing contractors’ claims• Any deviation in project plan & schedule should be informed to Client and conveyed to Contractor
