• Need to provide telephonic solution to all site user and Engineers.• Working in Mundra Port & SEZ(Gujarat Adani port) working as FMS engineer.• Installation and ID configuration of Lotus Notes 7 Client, multiple• ID configurations on one system and also configure Lotus id as Internet Profile.• Installation of SAP and other application like IPMS, ShipPlotter, Sting, Office, etc.• Network printer installation and configuration.• Trouble shooting and solution provide in Lotus Notes7 client for another site engineer.• Also handles Video Conference to all sites location and projector.• Providing hardware and software support to all senior management executives located at Mundra and also to the visiting sr.mgt. Executives very promptly and effectively. This includes Video Conferencing between various offices of MPSEZ spread over the India.
