I'm the founder member of LINUX and GRID/vGPU OEMQA support. Below are my roles and responsibilities: 1) Prepare software/hardware setup on Linux or Windows and reproduce/replicate the customer’s, partner’s and end user’s bugs/issues. 2) To and fro with the customer to understand reproduction steps and the scenario in which issue/bug is being triggered using mail or bug tracking system.3) Initially analyze the log files, core/memory dumps, applications, event logs to understand errors/problems to help the developer to find the root cause of the issue. 4) Work with developers to isolate the issue with different software/hardware configurations, collect the debug logs, find the regression window, verify bug and close it etc5) Provide right guidance to customers/end users for technical queries by collaborating with multiple teams like Developers, SWPMs, CPMs, Technical Writers etc6) Provide technical training, write how-tos documents, knowledge transfer to team members.7) Worked as a Moderator of https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/board/63/gpu-unix-graphics/ forum, help end-users to resolve issues, submit/file internal bugs on behalf of end-users to investigate bug at nvidia.8) I was worked as Software-PM to highlight the critical/impacting end user issues from forum and drive the bug until closure. Provide proper justification, set priority and release targets [Branch cut off, release date] to fix bugs on time. 9) Send weekly report highlighting the Top/Critical issues on Linux/Unix forums to stakeholders.10) Working on Nvidia GPUs in different business units like servers, notebooks, desktops, workstations, embedded systems etc. Remote Desktop Solutions like VMware Horizon View, Citrix XenDesktop, Teredici Graphics Agent, HP RGS, NICE DCV, etc Hypervisors like VMware ESXi, XenServer, RHEV/RHV KVM, Nutanix, Hyper-V etc Linux flavors like Ubuntu, RedHat, SUSE, Fedora, ArcLinux, Gentoo and Windows OS’s like Win7,8,10, 2012, 2016, 2019 etc.
