I Have 6 years 6 months experience with Archean Group (Archean chemical Industries Private Limited) as a Salt Production Executive.In this group I developed my software Skills like SAP, MS Office, and budget planning, Production planning.In Archean I developed Raw Salt quality SO4 - 0.30% to 0.12%.As per international market quality requirements Insoluble matters must be less than 0.1% In 2 years we achieve and get best order from International markets.In Dec-2017 I joined Grasim Industries LimitedSalt field at Jamnagar.In this field I improve my abilities production planning & Man power handling.In 2021 I selected for FYLP tallent pool of ABG.In which i plan project to improve salt quantity.I also complete project of CSMCRI in our field, In which we try to minimize Iodide and Bromide from Industrial grade Salt.In which we achieve our targets & get less than 0.1 ppm. Iodide in salt.Now I have total 10.5 years experience in Salt production.
