Responsible for Distribution of Coca-Cola Freestyle product including moving customers to distributor deliveries, project management, analytic, new product commercialization and OE projects.Additional responsibility as Vice President for Coca-Cola's Asian Business Resource Group. Responsibilities include working with D&I office and other BRGs to create inclusive work culture. Use diversity as strategic edge and provide business direction for Asian consumers and customers.

• Lead development of benchmark GSUM systems for equipment commissioning & initiative delivery• On-boarded and coached other Launch leaders and Launch technicians• Delivered 5% capacity increase on a line using GSUM (Global Start-Up Management) tools while maintaining critical operational matrices and staffing• Led downtime planning for 3 multi initiative production outage to coach others on use of GSUM tool to deliver on time start-up

• Established Daily Direction Settings to track review and improve critical business measures on daily basis• Lead HPO of 30 technicians and a system engineer to deliver yearly master plan and daily manufacturing matrices• Coached system engineer and team leader to deliver $250k/year saving by creating unattended operation via reliability improvement and remote monitoring - Reduced staffing from 30 to 25• Lead multiple initiatives to increase the flexibility of packing lines by 100% (multiple can sizes, pack formats and pallet formats)• Identified and delivered annualized savings of $400k/year by producing display trays on-line (vs. contract manufacturing)• Delivered 8.3% rate increase via low cost reliability improvements to meet increased shipment demand and avoided installation of new production line ($80million in cost avoidance)• Coached the team on collaborating with equipment manufacturer and establishing long-term maintenance strategy for multiple end-of-the life equipments

• Lead HPO of 13 technicians to deliver the start-up for most ambitious savings project in Pringles history at the time• The initiative delivered 5% gross margin improvement for the brand• Envisioned, created and reapplied necessary systems to deliver successful initiatives• Delivered 9 vertical start-ups (10 attempted) via rigorous reliability testing, commissioning and technical reviews.• Delivered all 10 start-ups with no safety or quality incident, and improved existing operational measures including equipment stops and unscheduled downtime.
