Regional Capability development & drive the performance culture:· Training needs Identification in coordination with regional sales team and Himalaya Centre for excellenceo Work with sales management team to design and develop learning modules to build team capabilityo Conduct gap analysis at all levels and design specific regional programs Assess the skill levels of the field force on-the-job· To plan and execute regional training Calendar.· Deliver classroom training programs for DSM/ISR/Sales Officers/ Line Managers to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude.o Develop the training calendar for DSM/ISR/Merchandizers/Associates and execute the sameo Coach and drive improvements in personal and team performanceo Drive the classroom learning’s & provide the Feedback on the progress to the Regional Manager/ Branch Manager and HCE · Develop training evaluations for all training programs to make sure that conducted programs are evaluated at learning level.· Executing regional level trainingo Need based training initiatives such as Field work/On the job coachingo Short classroom training on skills & products training followed by On-the-Job trainingo Trade specific training(GT)o On the job coaching for skill development· Assist the field force in career developmentFacilitate smooth field HR functioning(Interviewing, Selection, on boarding along with ASM and inducting into the job)o Facilitating the On boarding process of Induct new employees to make them aware of the job functions and acquaint them with the history, culture and values of Himalaya and the policies and procedures.o Support the buddy program for new joiners
