My love for client relationship management and marketing brought me in the sales domain. I joined Citi in 2011 post my MBA in marketing from SIBM. My 11 years experience spans across B2B sales, key account management, business development and channel sales management. This includes extensive team management experience covering an entire gamut of retail banking products. It has been a constant learning experience understanding businesses, processes, products and most importantly people. Relationship management with CXO level clients and key internal/external stake holders to bring out meaningful business solutions has been a pivotal lesson for me in this journey. I have thoroughly enjoyed managing diverse teams and helping new incumbents with their career progression. I have a keen inclination towards technology and its business impact stemming from my engineering background.
